Kick-start your career in banking with MUFG's Apprenticeship Programme, giving you the opportunity to earn while you learn. Client KYC Group (CKG) is part of MUFG's Corporate & Investment Banking division, helping the bank meet its legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with clients and colleagues to collect and review information. What you'll do: support the onboarding of new clients and review of existing client accounts; carry out checks to help protect the bank from financial crime; review and update client information; support the team in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements; assist with maintaining records, reports and documentation. What you'll learn: analysis, problem-solving, organisation and stakeholder management; how banks verify client information; the fundamentals of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML); how financial institutions identify and manage risk. Our Apprenticeship Programme offers an alternative route into banking for college leavers, giving you the opportunity to earn while you learn. Wage: Competitive. Hours: 37 hours 30 minutes a week. Start date: Monday 18 January 2027. Duration: 1 year 6 months. You'll gain hands-on experience, receive structured training from industry experts, and work towards a recognised professional qualification, all while earning a salary, and enjoying the support of a dedicated buddy and mentor. Requirements: GCSE in English Language and Maths (grade 4/C or equivalent); three A-levels including minimum grade 6/B in Business Studies, Economics, maths, English, or Sciences (including Computer Science).
