Our Apprenticeship Programme offers an alternative route into banking for college leavers, giving you the opportunity to earn while you learn. Wage: Competitive. Hours: 37 hours 30 minutes a week. Start date: Monday 18 January 2027. Duration: 1 year 6 months. You'll gain hands-on experience, receive structured training from industry experts, and work towards a recognised professional qualification, all while earning a salary, and enjoying the support of a dedicated buddy and mentor. Where you'll work: Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9AJ. Training course: Investment operations specialist (level 4), delivered virtually by BPP Professional Education Limited's fully qualified and industry-experienced training team, purposefully built around the real-world use of modern technology. Requirements: essential qualifications GCSE in English Language and Maths (grade 4/C or equivalent); minimum of grade 4/C GCSE in English Language and maths, and three A-levels (or equivalent) including minimum grade of 6/B in Business Studies, Economics, maths, English, or Sciences (including Computer Science).
