Our Growing Future Leaders: Black Heritage Insight Day is designed for penultimate and final-year students from Black Heritage backgrounds who are interested in exploring careers in banking and finance at MUFG. This Insight Day offers a supportive and engaging introduction to the industry, combining business-focused sessions with opportunities to hear directly from professionals across the firm. Through the programme, you will: build a strong foundation in understanding the financial services industry; gain insight into a wide range of roles and career pathways at MUFG; develop your commercial awareness and confidence in a professional setting; learn from lived experiences and perspectives of employees across the firm. You will also receive tailored guidance on MUFG's recruitment process, including practical advice on how to stand out and perform strongly at each stage. The event will take place on 18 September 2026 from 14:00 to 16:30 at 25 Ropemaker Place. Applications close on 11 September 2026.
