Full job description

A ten-week internship in Mizuho's Global Transaction Banking department in London, starting in June 2027. Interns research companies and markets, help assess clients' transaction banking needs, prepare presentations and reports, support structuring and execution of transactions, and work on strategic and process-improvement projects. They learn about cash management, liquidity and trade finance products, with mentoring, a buddy and a graduate-programme pathway. Applicants must be in the penultimate year of study, expecting to graduate in 2028, be free to start the ten-week programme in June 2027 and be available for full-time work from September 2028. A genuine interest in financial services is expected. The 2027 programme is run in London with Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) handling online testing and video interview, followed by an assessment centre in the first week of December.
