A 12-month placement in Menzies LLP's Restructuring & Insolvency team in Cardiff, giving exposure to administrations, liquidations, bankruptcies and individual voluntary arrangements. The student produces standard case letters and forms, handles creditor, employee and director correspondence, liaises with solicitors and agents on asset realisations, helps prepare reports, and may travel to client sites.
