Full job description
A 12-month university placement in Company Secretarial work at Menzies LLP's Solent office in Fareham, aimed at students studying Corporate Governance and Law and starting in summer 2027. The student supports a team covering more than 2,500 companies, with tasks such as incorporating companies, preparing statutory forms and maintaining statutory books, and works alongside the accountancy, tax and consultancy teams. Applicants should be on track for at least a 2:2 in any discipline, with two A levels (A-C) plus one more A level or equivalent, five GCSEs at 9-4 including Maths and English, and intermediate Word and Excel skills; Diligent Entities experience is a bonus.
