Full job description

This is an 18-24 month programme in our London office. The successful hire will work across multiple (up to six) technology teams, building a strong foundation and gaining exposure to different technologies, development styles, and business areas. The programme includes highly personalised mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers, social events, and opportunities to participate in charitable activities. At any time you'll be working on one or two projects with direct business impact. From the outset, you'll be trusted to contribute to work that matters, collaborating with experienced engineers on practical challenges and seeing how technology decisions influence the business.
