Full job description

This is a 24-month rotational programme, broken between distinct learning streams. The successful hire will work in four teams in a highly automated and volume-driven environment, acquiring knowledge of fund structures and financial markets, developing technical skills, and gaining exposure to SQL, PowerBI, AI, and Microsoft Office. Rotations are planned based on individual skills, interests and business requirements, spanning Fund Accounting, Operations, Treasury, Compliance, and Client Servicing (rotations will not include Investment teams). Graduates also join the firm's Early Talent Development programme. This position starts 7 September 2027; the firm is unable to onboard people before this. Not just those who have studied finance or economics; many team members come from non-finance disciplines.
