Full job description
Lincoln International offers a summer internship in its London office from 21 June to 27 August 2027 for penultimate-year students interested in M&A advisory, the Capital Advisory Group or Private Fund Advisory. It starts with a week of training before interns join a live deal team, doing financial analysis, valuation support, industry research, drafting information memoranda and management presentations, and helping with due diligence and closing, with a buddy for support. Applicants must be full-time students expecting to graduate in spring or summer 2028, with a strong academic record, accounting and finance knowledge and confident numeracy and Office skills.
