Full job description
A 10-12 week Debt Advisory & Restructuring internship at Lazard's Frankfurt office, starting at the beginning of April 2027. Interns perform financial and valuation analyses, prepare client presentations, assist with marketing efforts, and conduct research in support of the team's debt advisory and restructuring mandates. Lazard is looking for students in the second half of their undergraduate studies or in graduate study (business economics or a comparable programme), with sound knowledge of corporate finance, strong analytical and communication skills, high self-motivation, and English fluency plus conversational German.
