Full job description
A 4-month M&A internship at Lazard's Brussels office, for students in 2027. Lazard's financial advisory business advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising, and interns are treated as an integral part of the deal team from day one - working with senior bankers and clients on complex financial transactions. Day-to-day work includes financial and statistical analysis, company and industry sector research, preparing client presentations and marketing materials, ad-hoc administration and project work, and assisting with deal execution. Lazard is looking for candidates who have recently graduated or are in the final stages of their studies in Economics, Finance or a related discipline, with top academic performance, fluency in Dutch and/or French plus English, strong analytical and communication skills, and a global perspective; prior corporate finance experience is a plus but not required.
