Full job description
KPMG's one-year business placement in Tax is a sandwich-year opportunity based in Birmingham, starting in autumn 2027. Placement students work alongside tax specialists across areas such as corporate, international, deal advisory and indirect tax, transfer pricing, private client and employment taxes, and build commercial skills alongside technical ones. Those who do well may be considered for the Tax graduate programme in the same office, starting in 2029, so candidates should be committed to the location they choose. The advert asks for GCSE Maths and English at grade 5 or B, 120 UCAS points from top three A-levels, and being on track for a 2:1 in any discipline, with room for contextual consideration if slightly short.
