This three-year KPMG graduate programme places software engineers in the Tax Technology & Innovation team in Glasgow, starting in autumn 2027. Graduates help build, test and improve digital products that help organisations manage tax, working across the software engineering lifecycle with engineers, analysts, designers and product specialists, and using AI-assisted tools. Technical expertise is not required in advance, and the advert asks for a 2:2 in any discipline, with technical background and experience considered alongside other factors. Training combines technology-focused learning with hands-on project work. KPMG says on its international-students page that it currently cannot sponsor visas for graduate programmes outside its London Audit, London Tax, London Consulting and Technology and Consulting Actuarial groups, so applicants need existing UK right to work before the start date.
