Full job description
Engineering maintenance apprenticeship based on-site at RAF Marham in Norfolk, working under experienced electrical and building professionals. The apprentice helps install, maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems in commercial buildings, carries out routine inspections and testing, helps trace faults and reads building services drawings. Study is toward a Level 3 dual-discipline Engineering Maintenance Technician apprenticeship at the College of West Anglia. Entry needs five GCSEs at grade 4 or above including grade 5 in maths, a minimum age of 18, and possibly a driving licence and a DBS check. Pay is £22,000 a year plus a company vehicle.
