Full job description

This is a ten-week summer internship in Isio's actuarial and consulting business, running 28 June to 3 September 2027 in the Glasgow office. Interns work on real pension scheme client projects, doing member and client calculations, helping build and check models, reviewing data and drafting communications. It is aimed at penultimate-year students on a full-time course who expect to graduate in 2028, from any subject, though non-numerate degrees need A-level Maths at grade B or equivalent. Interns are expected in the office five days a week, and strong performers may be offered a graduate analyst role afterwards. Applications close on 11 December 2026 at 5pm UK time, possibly earlier if volumes are high, and the process includes online assessments, video or written questions and an in-person interview.
