This is a 13-month industrial placement in Isio's Employee Benefits consulting team in Manchester, starting 28 June 2027 and finishing 28 July 2028. Placement students spend the year supporting benefit strategy projects, analysing employee data and survey results, researching providers, drafting employee communications and joining client meetings. Good performance leads to an offer to return as an Employee Benefits Graduate Analyst in 2029. Applicants must be in their penultimate year of full-time study, available for the whole period and returning to university for their final year in September 2028, with any degree subject accepted. The role sits in Isio's Manchester office on a hybrid basis, with at least four office days a week at first and two to three later.
