Full job description
This two-year London graduate programme starts in September 2027 at £35,000 and rotates graduates through four specialist risk and compliance teams for six months each, across divisions that may include Howden Group, Howden Re, Specialty, Retail and DUAL. Participants study towards the Level 4 ICA Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risk and Compliance, and the programme is a direct route to a permanent role, although permanent offers are not guaranteed and depend on performance and business need.
