Full job description
Howden's Legal, Technical & Claims graduate programme in London begins in September 2027, paying £35,000 in year one and £37,500 in year two with three to four office days a week. Over two years graduates rotate for six months each through four claims teams: Financial Institutions, Sports & Entertainment, Capital, Advisory & Placement and Global Specialty. The work involves supporting claim investigations, reviewing contracts and policy documents and dealing with brokers and insurers, with fully funded CII and/or SQE qualifications available afterwards. You must be a soon-to-be or recent graduate from any degree who is not on or has not completed another employer's graduate programme. The route to an offer is an online form with no CV needed, a gamified assessment, a recorded video interview and an in-person assessment centre with travel costs covered.
