Our London team is encouraged to build and maintain technology underpinning the various processes that make up much of our work flow (pricing models, cashflow engines, data infrastructure, dashboarding, etc.). Role: learn structured credit from first principles, and how different levers drive outcomes. Build and refine the data sets and valuation algorithms used to price thousands of securities daily. Analyse client portfolios of structured credit securities. Model bespoke transactions in Excel, Python, and an in-house cashflow modelling tool. Identify and automate process bottlenecks. Handle client queries, engagement, and run product demonstrations. Candidate requirements: must be a 2026 Graduate. A strong record in a numerate or hard-science discipline. Curiosity about how financial markets work. Self-directed, comfortable thinking from first principles, and able to operate in a small, demanding team in a highly collegiate environment. No prior finance, modelling, or programming experience is required, though a background applying Excel, Python, or C# to creatively solve problems is welcomed. Interview process: Round 1 is remote, a short Excel task involving a structured finance deal scenario (48 hours to return it) plus two interviews via Microsoft Teams with senior members of the team. Round 2 is in person at the Mayfair office, a half-day meeting additional team members (reasonable travel costs covered). Round 3 is a final in-person conversation with senior members of the group.
