Our Consumer Group is seeking a Graduate Financial Analyst to join our Zurich team. Scope: Houlihan Lokey's Consumer Group has built a reputation for providing a collaborative, team-based approach that puts its clients' interests first and delivers superior outcomes in both M&A advisory and capital-raising assignments. As a Graduate Financial Analyst you will work on corporate finance engagements for companies within our Consumer M&A advisory team based in Zurich, principally sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the Consumer sector. You will research and analyse financial statements, general economic conditions, industry-specific developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies, and gain in-depth knowledge of capital raisings and financing structures. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both German and English is required (additional language skills are also advantageous). Must be already graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or in final year of university, graduating in Summer 2026. Available to start full-time employment in 2026. Ideally 6+ months of internship experience in M&A, private equity, or other relevant industries. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. An understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications. Strong financial and computer skills. Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills.
