Full job description

A 12-month corporate placement in the Finance area at Hilton's EMEA headquarters in Watford, with some flexibility depending on team need, giving hands-on project work, business insight and training through Hilton University. Finance options include the Finance Centre of Excellence, with Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report placements covering journals, reconciliations, VAT and revenue analysis, audit support and reporting, and a Global Brands & Commercial Services placement in financial planning and analysis, focused on budgeting and forecasting for brand and commercial activity. It is meant for current bachelor's or master's students whose degree includes a compulsory 12-month year in industry, with full-time work starting on 5 July 2027; relevant business or hospitality degrees are preferred and English fluency is required. Pay is £27,500 gross a year plus private healthcare. Applicants need the independent right to work in the UK for the whole placement, and Hilton states the role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
