Full job description

A 12-month corporate placement in the Finance area at Hilton's Glasgow corporate office, with some flexibility depending on team need, giving hands-on project work, business insight and training through Hilton University. The role is in the Glasgow Finance Centre of Excellence, covering journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and revenue analysis, audit support, financial reporting and support for the monthly close. It is meant for current bachelor's or master's students whose degree includes a compulsory 12-month year in industry, with full-time work starting on 5 July 2027; relevant business or hospitality degrees are preferred and English fluency is required. Pay is £27,500 gross a year plus private healthcare. Applicants need the independent right to work in the UK for the whole placement, and Hilton states the role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
