Full job description

A 12-month corporate placement in the Feasibility & Investment Analysis area at Hilton's EMEA headquarters in Watford, with some flexibility depending on team need, giving hands-on project work, business insight and training through Hilton University. The placement reports to the Director of Feasibility & Investment Analysis for EMEA and supports hotel project feasibility with desktop research, due diligence, and market and financial analysis across brands from premium economy to luxury. It is meant for current bachelor's or master's students whose degree includes a compulsory 12-month year in industry, with full-time work starting on 5 July 2027; relevant business or hospitality degrees are preferred and English fluency is required. Pay is £27,500 gross a year plus private healthcare. Applicants need the independent right to work in the UK for the whole placement, and Hilton states the role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
