Full job description
A 15-month graduate programme (EDGE) in revenue management at Hilton's EMEA headquarters in Watford, aimed at fast-tracking participants to a Cluster Revenue Manager role at the end. Graduates learn revenue management theory and techniques with support from the Revenue Management Consolidation Centres, use Hilton University e-learning and business projects, have a dedicated mentor, and from month four aim to take ownership of the revenue for a cluster of hotels. Applicants must complete a bachelor's or master's degree by 1 September 2027, be fluent in English, want to become a revenue management leader and be available to start full-time on 1 September 2027.
