Full job description
Harrison Street is recruiting a Summer 2027 Transactions intern for its European Acquisitions department in London, on-site, for up to 12 weeks. The intern supports the team with financial analysis, cash flow modelling, presentations, market and investment research, due diligence on new investments and investment committee papers, and works with portfolio management, asset management, legal and investor relations colleagues. The programme includes a trip to tour company properties, mentoring from senior leaders and individual projects. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with expected graduation in summer 2027, or be recently graduated, with basic Excel modelling including unlevered cash flows and an interest in real estate or investing.
