Open to penultimate and pre-penultimate year students of any nationality and academic discipline. This 12-week internship programme offers the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals and gain insights into the world of investment and asset management. This is an opportunity to work at one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds, which focuses on investing for the long term, receiving guidance from some of the best in the field and working on impactful projects. What are we looking for: individuals ready to make an impact across Investment Professionals (diverse investment strategies across public and private markets such as equities, fixed income, private equity, infrastructure and real estate), Technology (software engineering, data engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure development, or quantitative research), and Corporate Services (strategy, communications, risk, or operations). Students of any nationality and academic discipline are welcomed. Selection process for Investment and Corporate Services tracks: an online assessment focused on numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning; a case study focused on understanding, connecting and applying a business case; and an interview with HR and business leaders to assess business acumen and fit. Selection process for the Technology track: an online assessment focused on numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning; technical rounds tailored to the relevant technical domains; and an interview with HR and business leaders. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and shortlisted candidates will be notified of their status. This programme welcomes university students across all disciplines and locations worldwide, in their pre-penultimate or penultimate year of study, with no prior full-time work experience required.
