At Franklin Templeton, we believe success is built through powerful partnerships. Futures Associate - 2027 Graduates - Investment Management. The Futures Program is a full-time, two-year rotational development program for high-potential individuals from any discipline interested in Investment Management. Within the Futures Program, this role is aligned to Investment Management and designed for individuals interested in financial markets, research, and analysis. How it Works: the program consists of four six-month rotations designed to build professional skills through meaningful contributions to team goals. The first rotation provides foundational exposure to Franklin Templeton's products and clients. What will help you be successful in this role: Experience and Education - Bachelor's degree by September 2027 in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; internship or relevant experience in investment management. Technical Skills - comfortable using data and digital tools to support analysis and decision-making; strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesise complex information and communicate insights clearly. Soft Skills - adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong collaboration skills; detail-oriented; demonstrated interest in financial markets.
