Full job description
Fieldfisher offers a paid one-week insight scheme in summer 2027 for first-year undergraduates from underrepresented and lower socio-economic backgrounds. It takes place at one of the firm offices in England and includes skills workshops, exposure to how a commercial law firm works and meetings with trainees and the early careers team. Afterwards participants can join bespoke insight events, skills webinars and continued early careers support, and may apply for the vacation scheme in their final year with potential progression to a training contract.
