Full job description
ExxonMobil's engineering graduate pathway at the Fawley petrochemical complex in Hampshire starts in September 2027. Graduates rotate through roles such as asset support engineer, process safety or environmental engineer, supply chain coordination and project engineering. Applicants should graduate in 2027 or have finished study in 2025 to 2026 with at least a 2:1 in chemical or mechanical engineering (other disciplines considered with a cover letter) and show leadership potential and a commitment to chartered engineer status. The process is an application, a behavioural assessment, a Zoom technical interview and a final-round site visit in early December. Benefits include a defined benefit pension, share incentive plan and private healthcare, and applications close on 18 October 2026.
