The 2027 UK vacation scheme is open for applications until 11:59pm on 1 December 2026. Placements are paid and take place in one of the firm's offices, where students typically sit in two fee-earning departments, help with research and drafting, sometimes attend court and join talks and social and corporate responsibility events. The firm welcomes penultimate-year law undergraduates, final-year non-law students and graduates or career changers, and expects around 128 UCAS points and a 2.1. Recruitment runs from an online form (followed by a critical thinking test after the deadline), to a recorded video interview of about ten minutes and an on-site assessment day, and good performance can lead to a training contract offer.
