Full job description
A 10-week Summer Analyst program on Evercore's Real Estate Strategic Advisory (RESA) team in New York, which provides investment banking advisory and capital-raising solutions to private and public real estate companies, sponsors and investors - covering M&A, private capital advisory (recapitalizations, continuation vehicles, joint ventures), capital raising, activism defense and restructuring for clients including REITs, financial sponsors, asset managers and developers. Summer Analysts work on M&A, continuation vehicles, recapitalizations, restructurings, divestitures, joint ventures and capital raises, handling client-meeting prep, financial modeling, industry analysis, due diligence and business development. Evercore is looking for undergraduates graduating between December 2028 and June 2029, with superior analytical skills, strong academics, a specific interest in real estate, and strong written and oral communication. Applications are open from 9 September to 15 November 2026 and are reviewed after the window closes rather than on a rolling basis; each student may submit a maximum of two applications across Evercore's programs.
