Full job description
A 10-week Summer Analyst program on Evercore's New York Generalist M&A team, part of the firm's Strategic Advisory business. Evercore describes the program as giving highly motivated undergraduates a representative experience in strategic advisory and M&A, with assignments spanning mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, divestitures, and partnerships/joint ventures - including client meetings, financial modeling, resolving accounting issues, industry analysis, due diligence and new business development, working in small teams with direct client contact. Evercore is looking for undergraduates graduating between December 2028 and June 2029, from any major, with a strong academic record, critical thinking about strategic issues, demonstrated knowledge of investment banking and markets, and strong analytical and communication skills.
