Full job description
A 16-month electrical engineering graduate programme with EDF power solutions starting in early September 2027 at 37,500 pounds a year. Graduates rotate through engineering teams on wind, solar PV and private wire projects, with sites in Edinburgh, London or Durham and placements at other locations; this posting is for the London base. A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in electrical engineering, power systems, control systems, control and instrumentation or a related subject is needed. Appointment requires meeting security vetting criteria, which usually means living in the UK for at least three of the past five years. The online assessment centre is on 11 November 2026 and candidates must be able to attend. Applications are due to close on 1 October (2026), though EDF says it may close earlier because of volumes.
