Davis Polk's London office recruits its two-year training programme directly from assessment days held in its London office. Applications open on 1 October 2026 and close on 30 November 2026 for the programme starting in September 2029. Trainees receive full sponsorship and support for both SQE stages in the year after graduating, then rotate through practices including M&A, finance and restructuring, and typically have the chance to sit in the New York or Brussels office.
