Cripps says applications for its solicitor apprenticeship open on 5 October, but the page gives no year or closing date and its timeline table still shows the previous 2025-26 cycle. The programme lasts six years: four days a week at the firm, rotating through real estate, corporate and private client work for four years and then joining the trainee solicitor programme, plus one day a week studying for an LLB with BPP University Law School. The firm takes on roughly four to six apprentices a year across Tunbridge Wells, London and Horsham, with assessment at Tunbridge Wells. Applicants should be school leavers or Year 13 students with five GCSEs at grades 4-9 including English and Maths and three A-Levels worth 120 UCAS points. The firm says it can only accept applicants who already have permission to work in the UK.
