Cooley's London spring and summer programmes are two-week placements of roughly seven students each, giving real work, professional development sessions and social events, with a mentor and a trainee buddy assigned to each participant. The firm says completing one of these programmes is the only way into its six training places a year. Its UK trainee page states that applications for the programmes go live on 1 October 2026, and that the site is being refreshed for the 2026-27 season, so placement dates and the closing date are not yet published. The firm's FAQ page still carries last season's figures (a weekly allowance of 550 pounds and a benchmark of a 2.1 plus 128 UCAS points), which should be treated as indicative only.
