AI Transformation Intern, Global Customer Engineering, Service Sales (Fall 2026)

Full job description

The Global Customer Services (GCS) team is the heartbeat of Cloudflare's post-sales ecosystem, driving product adoption, architecting complex deployments and ensuring customers get maximum value from the Cloudflare platform. This intern will support GCS by assisting with foundational developer platform tasks and contributing to projects that help customers build and deploy on Cloudflare, gaining hands-on experience with Cloudflare's developer platform and edge services. Responsibilities include designing and deploying AI-driven prototypes (LLMs, RAG architectures, predictive modelling) to automate manual workflows, working with APIs to integrate AI capabilities into the existing tech stack, partnering with engineering to structure data for model training, and refining system prompts for internal advisory tools. Looking for someone currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field, with basic programming or scripting experience. Full-time, 12-week internship, working from the London office 3-5 days a week during fall (September to December 2026).
