Markets at Citi provides world-class solutions for corporates, institutions, governments and individual investors in 160 countries and territories. Citi is looking for talented individuals to join our Quantitative Analysis associate program within the Markets team in London. In Markets, we advise our clients on the best investment opportunities in equities, commodities, credit, futures and foreign exchange (FX), and we buy, sell and structure their investments for them. The Quantitative Analysis associate program offers opportunities in the Quantitative Analysis group, along with Structuring or Exotics Trading desks. The Quantitative Analysis associate program starts in the summer of 2026 and begins with an introductory training program alongside our analyst class. As an incoming hire you will gain exposure to senior professionals who will serve as mentors throughout the program. What you'll do: Create, implement, and manage the mathematical models that drive our success within the Markets business. Price, trade, and manage the risk associated with our diverse range of market products. Collaborate with traders and salespeople in technical product areas. Develop new products that align with our firm's risk framework. Respond to client-specific requests for product solutions. What we'll need from you: You have obtained or are in the process of obtaining a Double Masters or PhD in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Computer Science or other scientific disciplines. Good understanding of finance and interest in Markets. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of programming languages (VBA, Python) is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, planning and organisational skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
