Full job description
Internship in the deal team of a London-based mid-market private equity firm, running for three to six months with flexible length. Interns help assess new opportunities through screening, due diligence and market research, support valuation and LBO modelling, help with live deal processes and assist on value creation at portfolio companies. Intakes are in September and March on a rolling basis. Applicants should have a strong degree in finance, maths, management or engineering plus at least three months of experience (or a summer internship) in investment banking, strategy consulting or private equity, and financial modelling is tested during recruitment; postgraduate experience or an MBA/MSc is a plus.
