Full job description
Broadfield runs a paid two-week vacation scheme in June 2027 at its Southampton office. Participants work in two different practice areas, alongside their supervisors and a trainee buddy, and attend skills workshops and networking events; pay is the Living Wage for the area. Applicants should have completed, or expect to complete before September 2027, an LLB, GDL/PGDL, LPC/LLM or SQE1 (or SQE1 and 2), and the firm ideally looks for a 2:1 while considering mitigating circumstances. Applications opened on 1 September 2026 and close on 10 January 2027, starting with an online form with essay-style questions and then a pre-recorded video interview.
