Risk and Compliance Practice: establishes the framework, policies, guidance, and tools that support risk and compliance management across BNY, led by the Chief Risk Officer. What you will do: support risk and compliance activities across credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, AI, and enterprise risk; analyze information and assess how risks are managed; assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation supporting governance and responsible AI oversight; help teams think critically about AI-related risks including accuracy, explainability, and data quality. Summer Internship Program: The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions. From day one, interns are immersed in BNY's collaborative and innovative culture through enterprise-wide onboarding, meaningful project work, structured mentorship, exposure across practices, platforms and teams, and professional, technical, and financial services training. Program eligibility: Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred. Graduating in Dec 2027 or Summer 2028. On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher. Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
