What you will do: support People, Engagement and Impact priorities across people governance, employee relations, public policy, and community impact; analyze and improve onboarding and employee experiences; support pilots of generative AI tools for People operations; build dashboards tracking engagement trends and other people metrics; help run pulse surveys and focus groups. Summer Internship Program: The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions. From day one, interns are immersed in BNY's collaborative and innovative culture through enterprise-wide onboarding, meaningful project work, structured mentorship, exposure across practices, platforms and teams, and professional, technical, and financial services training. Program eligibility: Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred. Graduating in Dec 2027 or Summer 2028. On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher. Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
