The 2027 Client Service Internship Program offers hands-on exposure through strategic projects aligned to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, process improvement and relationship management. What you will do: support the resolution of client inquiries; track service metrics, commitments, and trends; assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates; work across operations, service, and relationship teams. Summer Internship Program: The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions. From day one, interns are immersed in BNY's collaborative and innovative culture through enterprise-wide onboarding, meaningful project work, structured mentorship, exposure across practices, platforms and teams, and professional, technical, and financial services training. Program eligibility: Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred. Graduating in Dec 2027 or Summer 2028. On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher. Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
