You may only apply for one Summer Internship per academic year (Global Banking- Coverage, Capital Markets or M&A, Global Markets, Technology or Securities Services). Why join BNP Paribas? Business Area: the Sectors & Advisory (M&A) franchise provides strategic advisory services to corporate and institutional clients on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures, restructurings and IPOs, across teams covering Real Estate, Consumer Retail & Healthcare, Low Carbon Group, Industrials, TMT, and Advisory UK. The Programme: our nine-week M&A internship gives you the chance to experience life at the centre of corporate and investment banking, spending eight weeks in one business area after a week of training. As part of this internship, you may be considered for the 2028 Global Banking Graduate Programme in London only. What you'll do: execute live M&A deals, managing data rooms and due diligence; research industries and target companies; build and maintain financial models (DCF, merger model, LBO); prepare client pitch books and board presentations. What we're looking for: penultimate year of study; fluent English; on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent; strong interest in banking and financial markets; excellent analytical and numerical ability.
