Blackstone's Real Estate Debt Strategies Group (BREDS) provides capital solutions across the commercial real estate capital structure, focusing on origination, acquisition and active management of real estate debt investments globally. Summer Analysts in BREDS gain hands-on exposure to the evaluation and execution of European real estate debt investments, working alongside investment professionals on live transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions, including new loan originations, acquisitions of legacy loans and CMBS, restructurings, recapitalisations and financial modelling. Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience for the 2027 cohort. Based in London.
