Full job description

With $169 billion of assets under management, Blackstone's corporate private equity business has been a global leader since 1985. Summer Analysts get the chance to engage in the direct acquisition of large and midsized companies in a variety of sectors worldwide, developing both the financial skills of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, Summer Analysts assume integral roles on deal teams, involved in the development, structuring and financing of transactions, and regularly attend internal meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions. Work may include financial analysis and modelling, investment research, competitive analysis and drafting memoranda. Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience for the 2027 cohort. Based in London.
