Full job description
A 10-week Summer Analyst role at Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) in New York, running June to August 2027, as an entry point into BVP's selective two-year Analyst Program - a venture-capital apprenticeship where analysts are often a startup founder's first touchpoint with the firm. Day-to-day work includes sourcing new companies, interacting with 100+ CEOs across seed-stage to Series C startups spanning consumer internet, e-commerce, mobile/cloud, business software, healthcare and cleantech, running diligence and roadmap work alongside BVP partners, and helping develop investment theses. BVP notes the experience is formative regardless of what comes after - alumni have gone on to senior roles at Bessemer, joined later-stage VC/PE firms, started their own funds, or founded startups. The role pays $2,200 per week plus a $5,000 relocation and housing bonus for the summer, and the application process is rolling - reviewed as applications come in, closing once enough qualified candidates are found, so applying early is worthwhile.
