Full job description
Bates Wells recruits a small cohort of trainee solicitors at its London office, and this route is for a September 2029 start. Applications open on 1 December 2026 and close on 2 April 2027, and are made only through the online portal on the firm website. The firm asks for at least ABB at A level and a predicted 2:1 or above, but says it uses contextualised recruitment through upReach and does not automatically reject on grades.
