Barclays will accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the UK and will provide a skilled worker visa for successful applicants if they meet the Home Office's eligibility criteria for a skilled worker visa. Successful applicants who are not eligible to receive a skilled worker visa, and who we are therefore unable to secure a skilled worker visa for, will be required to have their own legal right to work in the UK on a full-time basis from June 2027 to August 2027.

As a summer analyst, you will gain foundational banking knowledge and help aid strategic clients with diverse needs. UK Corporate Banking at Barclays: UK Corporate Bank supports large and medium corporate clients turning over £6.5m pa up to FTSE 350 firms, providing financial and advisory capabilities via dedicated sector and regional specialists. Who we're looking for: You must be in your penultimate year of your degree, in any discipline. Ideally with a keen interest in finance and business. Working in Birmingham: Barclays Snowhill is at the heart of the professional district with a workforce of around 1000, great transport links, a staff coffee shop and deli, break out areas, and a presentation theatre. Purpose of the role: To participate in the day-to-day activities of the UK Corporate Banking division, providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions.
