As a Banking intern, you will work with the Coverage and Mergers and Acquisition teams, advising a broad range of corporate clients and delivering holistic, structured solutions. As a Summer Analyst, you'll spend the summer learning the art and science behind executing a transaction, working on live deals and deal proposals as a member of an industry, product or geographic group. You may also work on projects including financial analysis and modelling, valuation, industry research, client due diligence, and developing written materials including offering memoranda and new business presentations.
